was it good? Did that stuff go in the bottom of the smoker?
How did it turn out?? I saw the test run! Looks Cajun! ;)
It was great. Yeah, it got a bit black from the smoke. I think I had the coals a little too hot, good lesson for next time. BUT it tasted great, and that’s the important part.
